小豬英雄 隱私政策

「小豬英雄」（以下稱「本遊戲」）是一款單機遊戲，由個人開發者開發。這份說明告訴你本遊戲會收集哪些資料、怎麼使用。
1. 不需要帳號
本遊戲不用註冊、不用登入。我們不會收集你的真實姓名、電子郵件、電話、通訊錄或照片。位置只在你使用「小豬散步」時才會用到，見第 8 點。
2. 存在你手機裡的資料
遊戲進度（小豬、金幣、關卡、道具等）只存在你的手機裡，不會上傳。刪除 App 時這些資料也會一起刪除。
3. 會傳給開發者的資料
以下兩種情況，資料會傳到開發者的資料表（只有開發者看得到）：
- 第一次幫小豬取名時，遊戲會自動送出一次：隨機產生的玩家編號、小豬的名字、App 版本、手機型號、系統版本、螢幕大小、遊戲進度。玩家編號是亂數，跟你的身分、Apple ID、手機序號都沒有關聯。這是為了在你回報問題時認得出你的存檔。
- 你用「回報問題」功能時，會送出你寫的內容，以及上面同樣的診斷資訊，方便找出問題。
這些資料只用來處理問題和改善遊戲，不會賣給別人，也不會拿去做廣告。
4. 遊戲設定和公告
打開遊戲時，會從網路讀取遊戲設定（用來顯示公告、提醒更新）。這個動作不會送出你的任何遊戲資料，但跟一般瀏覽網頁一樣，提供檔案的伺服器可能會記錄連線的 IP 位址。
5. 廣告
本遊戲使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。AdMob 可能會收集裝置識別碼、IP 位址、廣告互動紀錄等資料，用來顯示廣告和計算成效。如果你在系統詢問時選擇「不允許追蹤」，就不會使用廣告識別碼（IDFA）做個人化廣告。詳細說明請看 Google 廣告政策與 Google 隱私權政策。
6. 購買
遊戲內購買（例如去廣告）都由 Apple 處理。我們拿不到你的付款資料，只會知道「有沒有買」。
7. 區域網路對戰
Wi-Fi 對戰時，兩支手機在同一個網路裡直接連線，交換小豬的資料（名字、等級、裝備等）。這些資料只在兩支手機之間傳送，不會經過我們的伺服器。
8. 小豬散步（位置）
開啟「小豬散步」時，本遊戲會使用手機的位置，包含在背景、螢幕鎖定時，用來記下你走過的路，並在遊戲地圖上畫出你附近的道路和公園。你可以隨時按「結束散步」，或到 iPhone 的「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 定位服務」關掉本遊戲的定位權限。
你走過的路線和去過的地方只存在你的手機裡，不會傳給開發者。為了畫地圖，遊戲會向我們的地圖伺服器（架在 Cloudflare）要你附近的地圖格子，這時會送出那一格的編號（大約 400 公尺見方的大略位置）。我們不會保存這些請求，也不會把它和玩家編號連在一起。地圖資料來自 OpenStreetMap（© OpenStreetMap contributors）。
9. 兒童
本遊戲不是專為 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童的資料。
10. 刪除資料
如果你想刪除傳給開發者的資料，請在遊戲裡用「設定 → 回報問題」寫「請刪除我的資料」。回報會自動附上你的玩家編號，我們收到後會刪除相關紀錄。你也可以寄信到下面的信箱。
11. 政策更新
這份政策如果有修改，會更新這個頁面和上方的日期。

PiggyHero ("the game") is an offline single-player game made by an independent developer. This page explains what data the game collects and how it is used.
1. No account
The game does not require sign-up or login. We do not collect your real name, email, phone number, contacts or photos. Location is only used when you use Piggy Walk; see section 8.
2. Data stored on your device
Your game progress is stored only on your device and is not uploaded. It is deleted when you delete the app.
3. Data sent to the developer
In the two cases below, data is sent to the developer's records (only the developer can access them):
- When you first name your pig, the game sends once: a randomly generated player ID, the pig's name, app version, device model, OS version, screen size and game progress. The player ID is random and is not linked to your identity, Apple ID or device serial number. It lets us recognize your save when you report a problem.
- When you use "Report a problem", the game sends what you wrote together with the same diagnostic information.
This data is used only to fix problems and improve the game. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
4. Settings and notices
When the game starts, it reads game settings from the internet (for notices and update reminders). No game data is sent, but like any web request, the server providing the file may log your IP address.
5. Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used for personalized ads. See Google's advertising policies and Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases (such as removing ads) are handled by Apple. We never receive your payment information, only whether a purchase was made.
7. Local network battles
In Wi-Fi battles, two devices on the same network connect directly and exchange pig data (name, level, equipment). This data travels only between the two devices and never passes through our servers.
8. Piggy Walk (location)
When you use Piggy Walk, the game uses your device's location, including in the background while the screen is locked, to record the route you walk and draw nearby roads and parks on the in-game map. You can tap "End walk" at any time, or turn off location access for the game in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
Your routes and the places you have been are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer. To draw the map, the game asks our map server (hosted on Cloudflare) for the map tiles around you, which sends the tile number (a rough area about 400 m across). We do not keep these requests or link them to your player ID. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors).
9. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Deleting your data
To delete data sent to the developer, use "Settings → Report a problem" in the game and write "Please delete my data". The report includes your player ID automatically. You can also email us at the address below.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, this page and the date above will be updated.
